The 12-Hour Reckless and Aggressive Driver Education Program (RADEP) is a court- and DMV-recognized behavioral driving program designed for individuals charged with serious traffic offenses such as reckless driving or aggressive driving, excluding alcohol-related cases.

This two-part course is approved by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and incorporates the National Safety Council’s Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving.
