The Driver's Manual course 3XF is tailored for individuals who have encountered difficulties passing the knowledge test multiple times. This program entails an 8-hour online course structured around the Virginia Driver's Manual, aimed at better preparing participants for the DMV test.
For teenagers, the driver's education certificate is mandatory, and three test failures must have occurred for eligibility.
For individuals aged 18 and above, automatic eligibility is granted to enroll in the 8-hour Driver's Manual Course.
